The Riesbergs: 15 Months

Our Little Peanut is growing up so fast. I'm sad but yet so excited for the future. She is such a sponge right now, but she sure knows how to challenge her momma. It amazes me how smart she is, granted I know every parent says that. Just yesterday we were out helping Kelly plant potatos and we showed her once on what to do and she was doing it and having fun with it. She's going to be a good little worker.

We went to the doctor on friday and he found that she had an ear infection in both ears. I sure wish she could tell me these things, but these are her stats.

WEIGHT: 21.5 lbs 25%-50%
LENGTH: 31.5 inches 75%-90%
HEAD: 46 cm Above 95%

~She is babbling but not really saying a whole lot. Things she can say are mama, dada, uh oh, bubble, ball, Baaa (sheep). And can sign more, all done, baby and eat. Hopefully her language skills will develop here shortly.
~She takes 1-2 naps usually about 1.5 hours each, at daycare it's one nap on weekends it is two naps a day.
~She wears a size 3 diaper when using disposable, 18-24 month clothing, and a size 4 shoe, but we are buying size 5.
~Not a big eater, for some reason she is not a big fan of meat, but we are working on it. She loves her veggies and fruit, especially her mandarin oranges. I swear she'll turn into one eventually.
~Goes to bed at 7pm and doesn't wake up until we usually wake her around 6am. We are blessed with a good sleeper.

She loves to play ring a round the rosey, playing with her baby doll, Abby, being outside and helping out when possible. She is into Music and will dance to any beat, she goes to town when we listen to a little Lady GaGa. She loves her Baby Signing Time DVD. Loves to sing itsy bitsy spider, patty cake, wheels on the bus, skin-a-ma-rinky-dinky-do, and the barney song. LOVES LOVES LOVES Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Oh and the girl is OBSESSED with SHOES!!! and blowing kisses to anyone, if we say bye bye, she'll start blowing kisses. Loves her friends at school. She has a boyfriend too, funny story...last week she had some kind of 24 hr bug which included exorcist vomiting in the car, her boyfriends mom told me that he got it the next day and then spread it too the rest of the family. His daddy told him to stop kissing his girlfriend. His name is Willis and he has a twin brother named Elliot. They are 2 months older than Kendyl and they play great at school.

She hates being in a room alone and will come and pull you to the room she wants to play in. Hates getting her hair washed and being in the stroller when the snack tray is on, and just for the record the snack tray for the BOB revolution is a joke.
